Monika is an integral part of our Austin team, assisting with project management and client communication, as well as design reviews and project testing. She also works behind-the-scenes to keep things running smoothly in the office.

Monika received her BS in retail merchandising from the University of Texas, an MBA from Texas Tech and has experience as a marketing and admissions director. Outside of her work at Wright Strategies, Monika’s schedule is filled with chairing events and leading a Girl Scout troop for her daughters.

Monika and her husband Porter were the opposite of high school sweethearts: they went to middle school, high school and college together, but didn’t have their first date until senior year at UT. Unlike most Longhorn football fanatics, Monika’s second favorite team is the Ohio State Buckeyes (she was born in Ohio). A 100% dog lover, Monika’s pups Scout and Ruby are rescue dogs from a local shelter. Monika loves traveling, specifically to St. John in the Caribbean.
