Defining a Visual Identity
Sometimes a vision is all you need. The founders of Breakaway came to us with an idea: to develop a new urbanist mountain village in North Carolina. At this point, the village didn't even have a name. Understanding the importance of a name when building an identity, our creative and marketing teams went to work collaborating with the founders to discover a name that could embody the essence of their new urban village. We found the perfect fit with "Breakaway."
Following the naming process, our team designed the Breakaway logo and messaging, solidifying Breakaway's visual identity. The logo, with its mountain landscape complemented by the message, Breakaway – A New Mountain Village, is simple, yet refined, capturing the essence of the town itself.
