When we began planning for this project, our goal was to think about what a customer on their mobile device would want to learn about SmartBank.
So we focused on locations, operating hours, services offered and logging into a personal account, all with a streamlined design and easy navigation built for a mobile device.
Because mobile banking was a new option for SmartBank clients, we were sure to include information about banking on a mobile device on their main site too.
