This holiday season, we helped David Evans and Associates spread warm wishes to its employees and customers with a custom holiday e-card. The card was designed to incorporate DEA’s four concentrated areas of business: energy, water resources, transportation and land development. It highlights DEA’s commitment to its employees and partners, while spreading a warm, holiday message.

Google recently announced the launch of their Site Performance feature as an addition to their webmaster tools. The new tool shows you information about the speed of your site and gives suggestions for making it faster. We are always conscious of page speed as we build sites; users won't stick around to view your content if they have to wait for your pages to load. Not only that, but faster sites engage users, leading to better conversion rates for things such as purchases or email signups.

The Performance Overview shows the average time it takes for your site pages to load and rates your site against average speeds across the Web. You can delve into specific pages to see what their exact load time is, and see Google’s suggestions for improvements. All you need is a Google account to set your site up to use the webmaster tools. It’s a great collection of tools for developers, webmasters and anyone with a website.

The holiday shopping rush has arrived, and we have a solution. We recently launched gift card programs for two of our clients: KEEN Footwear and Andy’s Frozen Custard, making it easy and hassle-free to get gifts for anyone on your list.

KEEN Gift Cards can be used on all items at www.KEENFootwear.com, from shoes, to socks and bags. Customers can choose from one of four designs for their card, as well as add a personal message. KEEN Gift Cards can be printed out or emailed to the recipient for instant delivery.

Andy’s new virtual gift cards have created quite a stir. The new system allows customers to send gift cards via email and text message that work on Smart Phones. Redeeming them is as simple as showing the image on a phone to the Andy's cashier. Of course, printable gift cards are available, too.
